Fairest Creature was founded on the belief that winemakers’ blending is the most important element of crafting a great Cabernet Sauvignon and that wine styles are a distinct reflection of the winemakers who create them. 

With this philosophy in mind, we brought together Napa Valley’s top talents—Philippe Melka, Thomas Rivers Brown, and Benoit Touquette—as well as master of blending Michel Rolland, to create the Fairest Creature line of ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Starting with the same exceptional grapes from Napa’s finest vineyards, each of these winemakers hand-crafted his own signature Cabernet Sauvignon, expressing within each bottle his uniquely personal winemaking style and talent. 

Fairest Creature’s commitment to quality has garnered significant acclaim. The winery achieved the highest bid at the 2024 Premiere Napa Valley auction and earned a top-five ranking in the Robb Report’s “50 Greatest Cabernet Sauvignons of the 21st Century.” These accolades underscore the exceptional quality and artistry that define Fairest Creature wines. 

Fairest Creature wines are a tribute to the artistry and individuality of these legendary winemakers. Philippe Melka’s “Polyspline” embodies grace and precision, blending tradition with modern finesse. Thomas Rivers Brown’s “Perihelios” offers boldness and power, reflecting his signature winemaking style. Benoit Touquette’s “Sine Fine” captivates with seductive intensity, showcasing his unrelenting passion. Finally, Michel Rolland’s “Triniceros” blends the finest barrels from each winemaker into a magnum of unparalleled complexity and harmony.
