Chef Graham Elliot is a two-Michelin-star chef, restaurateur, and culinary executive whose career spans fine dining, large-scale hospitality, media, and brand leadership. Named one of Food & Wine’s “Best New Chefs,” he became one of the youngest chefs in a major U.S. market to earn four-star acclaim. His flagship Chicago restaurant earned two Michelin stars, placing him among an elite group of American chefs to reach that distinction. By age 30, Elliot was named to Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40,” and has earned three James Beard Award nominations.
Widely regarded as one of the most recognizable faces in the food world, Elliot has appeared across FOX’s MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, Bravo’s Top Chef, PBS’s The Great American Recipe, ABC Family’s Food Fight, and Food Network’s Tournament of Champions—bringing culinary excellence to millions of viewers worldwide.
His career honors include induction into the Chefs Hall of Fame and recognition by the City of Chicago, where Mayor Rahm Emanuel officially proclaimed “Graham Elliot Day.” He has cooked for heads of state and cultural icons, including preparing President Barack Obama’s birthday dinner.
Equally comfortable operating at scale, Elliot served as Culinary Director for Lollapalooza, overseeing culinary programming while cooking backstage for artists including Metallica, Eminem, Radiohead, Jay-Z, Outkast, Soundgarden, and Foo Fighters. Having traveled all 50 U.S. states and extensively around the world, he is now based in Texas, serving as Director of Culinary Development for FAR Out Hospitality, leading concept development, menu strategy, and culinary standards across the group’s growing portfolio.
