Executive Chef Reginald Anderson, Jr. had a passion for food that started from a young age in his grandmother Harriet’s kitchen. Chef Reggie’s love for food and desire for cooking earned him a Culinary Certificate from L’Academie de Cuisine Culinary School and began his
professional culinary career in 2004.
As a native Washingtonian, Chef Reggie Anderson took inspiration from many cuisines and incorporated a variety of global flavors into his own creations. In a city as diverse as Washington, DC, good, authentic flavor is easy to find. Each dish has been fine-tuned for the
perfect balance, texture, and flavor combination.
