Executive Chef Reginald Anderson, Jr. had a passion for food that started from a young age in his grandmother Harriet’s kitchen. Chef Reggie’s love for food and desire for cooking earned him a Culinary Certificate from L’Academie de Cuisine Culinary School and began his
professional culinary career in 2004.

As a native Washingtonian, Chef Reggie Anderson took inspiration from many cuisines and incorporated a variety of global flavors into his own creations. In a city as diverse as Washington, DC, good, authentic flavor is easy to find. Each dish has been fine-tuned for the
perfect balance, texture, and flavor combination.

“My business is dedicated to my mother Linda Delores Sims, who was my supporter, cheerleader and now my Angel in Heaven. My mother encouraged me to test my boundaries and inspired me become the Chef I am today”.
