Chouquette – pronounced “Shoe-ket”;. Locally made, high quality, small batch chocolates and caramels. Offering gourmet chocolates as wedding and party favors, business gifts, special occasions, and everyday presents. We use the best ingredients – Fair Trade Guittard Chocolate,
Fresh Cream, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), real Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Sea Salt from the south of France. We use the best methods – slow small batches of caramel, cooked over a real flame, hand sprinkled sea salt, perfectly piped caramel. We employ the best people – working with Cornerstone Montgomery and Sunflower Bakery – we seek the neuro-diverse to staff our kitchen, it’s not charity, it’s smart business.

In the beginning – As a child, Chouquette’s founder, Sarah Dwyer, risks punishment and squishes assorted bonbons to find her favorites: chocolate covered caramels

1990-2008 – Sarah works in banking and retail, dreaming of chocolate.2009 – Sarah moves to Paris for Le Cordon Bleu Pastry School.
2010 – Sarah opens Chouquette, inspired by European techniques and modern designs
Now – Chouquette handcrafts chocolate covered caramels with flavors visibly marked, no squishing required
