Carissa Mondavi is fourth generation winegrower working with her family at Continuum Estate. Involved in every facet of her family business today, Carissa plays key roles guiding Communications, Marketing, Hospitality and Sales.

While she grew up playing in the vineyards, her love for great wine began at the family table with her father’s passion for great wines of the world. Summer internships in the cellar and the vineyards deepened this love for the culture of wine and its connection to nature.

Inspired everyday by working together with their talented team and the vineyards and wines themselves- it is the culture of wine, and how it brings people together she loves most. As her grandfather, Robert, used to say “Interest is not enough, you have to be passionate!” Carissa is passionate to be contributing to her family’s ongoing vision and commitment in wine today.
