Cork Wine Bar and Market are joined together under one roof creating a unique and innovative wine-centric dining, education and retail experience. Upstairs, guests can enjoy the classic warmth of Cork Wine Bar where they offer at least 50 wines by the glass and 250 bottles from small producers around the world. It is an affordable, casually elegant place that demystifies the world of wine by giving you real descriptions of what you are drinking, flights of wine so you can explore different regions and varietals, and suggestions for pairing their wines with their offerings of plates to share.
Downstairs, Cork offers their Tasting Bar and Cork Market for a more casual environment to try and buy wine. The Wine Bar has expanded to offer beautiful patio & parklet dining and private dining opportunities for their guests to host wine dinners, receptions and even personalized wine classes and experiences.
Cork’s Executive Chef, Cicile Mendy, is a classically trained chef, having received her culinary education in France with experience at French bistros and hotels in Europe. Most recently, she was the sous chef at Belgian restaurant Et Voilà! in the Palisades. Her deep experience creating classic French cuisine and her expertise in these flavors complement Cork’s curated list of Old World wines. Chef Cicile focuses on dishes that pair expertly with Cork’s selection of sustainable wines from small producers.
