Daughter of a winemaker in Saint-Émilion, Constance Delaire grew up in the Bordeaux region, immersed in the world of wine. After earning a degree in biochemistry from the University of Bordeaux, she obtained the DNO (National Diploma in Oenology) from the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences, then completed her education with a Master’s in Wine & Spirits Management at KEDGE Business School. A specialist in red wines, she has perfected her expertise alongside renowned winemakers in France and abroad.

Fascinated by the subtle art of assemblage in Champagne, she decided to explore this universe and discovered a new vocation. With six years of experience in Champagne, she joined Laurent-Perrier in 2023 as an oenologist. Combining technical expertise and communication skills, she ensures the transmission of Laurent-Perrier’s savoir-faire around the world.
