Adam Stein was born and raised in Northern Virginia. He graduated from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, OH. His love of cooking started as a young child watching Julia Child and Jacques Pépin with his Grandmother. Adam cooked his way through college and later moved to Providence, Rhode Island where he attended Johnson & Wales.
Since moving back to the DC area, Adam has helped open over a dozen restaurants. He is currently the Founder/Managing Member of The Eleanor DC and Silver Spring. He is also a Partner with Mothersauce Partners who have multiple concepts in their portfolio across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
