A graduate of Emory University and the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Linton Hopkins together with his wife, Gina, are the proprietors of Atlanta-based Restaurant Eugene, Holeman and Finch Public House, and H&F Bottle Shop. In 2009, Hopkins was chosen as one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs; named one of the magazine’s 25 Best New Chef All-Stars in 2013; and in 2014 he was selected by its editors to be one of four Best New Chefs comprising the inaugural culinary team for its Chefs Club Manhattan. In 2012, he took home the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast. The couple is soon-to-debut multiple H&F Burger outposts in SunTrust Park, new home of the Atlanta Braves, and the first standalone H&F Burger opened adjacent to comfort food concept Hop’s Chicken at Ponce City Market in fall 2015. Chef Hopkins is a member of Delta’s culinary team, crafting the menu for Delta One flights and the flagship Sky Club. This spring, the duo will open the doors to its first steakhouse concept, C. Ellet’s, located in Battery Park just outside of the Braves’ stadium.
