Before joining The Watergate, Chef DiGregorio moved to D.C. to assume the role of executive chef at DBGB Kitchen in 2021 after holding various titles at Café Boulud in Palm Beach within Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group portfolio. He additionally crafted & created menus for elite private clientele on Boca Grand Island in Florida and at Balsams Grand Estate in his home state, New Hampshire.

Chef DiGregorio plans to revamp the menu at Kingbird to reflect a more modern contemporary point of view by fusing his classic French training with modern techniques along with his existing personal relationships with local farmers to source best-available ingredients. Obsessed with all things regional and seasonal, Chef is equally as passionate about making his own pasta, which will be a new feature at Kingbird.
