Q: What’s your favorite family tradition?
A: Thanksgiving is my favorite family tradition because it’s a combination of classic American food and Asian holiday food. It’s the one time of year that I cook up a whole meal for the entire family.

A: All four faces of Mickey Rourke.
Q: What is the best compliment you have ever received?
A: Being nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award.

In January of 2011, chef and owner Erik Bruner-Yang opened the acclaimed Toki Underground in Washington, D.C.
