Tres Sabores, a small, family-owned ranch winery, is located on the western Rutherford bench land of California’s Napa Valley. The property grows certified organic (CCOF) Zinfandel, Cabernet, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot grapes as well as heritage olives, Meyer lemons and exotic pomegranate cultivars. Golden Retrievers and cats are constant companions. A small herd of sheep and a thriving flock of guinea fowl & laying hens contribute mightily to the diversity and sustainability of the farm.
A taste of Tres Sabores wine encourages one to experience the “Three Tastes” in every glass: the taste of the Terroir, the Vine, and the Spirit of the good company gathered around the table (glasses in hand!). The winery specializes in hand-crafting small lots of single-vineyard, estate wines.
