Bordeaux Master Class & Grand Tasting

Saturday begins with a virtual tour of Bordeaux, including a unique wine tasting of the 2016 vintage. The adventure continues with exciting seminars and food prepared by some of the nation’s top chefs, making Heart’s Delight the place to discover the latest in epicurean trends and new talent. Guests will also enjoy wine from the world’s best vineyards as well as the opportunity to bid on exclusive travel packages, dining experiences and rare and exceptional wines during the spirited silent and live auctions.

Bordeaux Master Class
4:00 – 6:30 p.m.

A seated tasting of the 2016 vintage and an older vintage of the winemaker’s choosing.  Château owners and directors will also be on hand to discuss their wines.

Red or White, WineGame to your Heart’s Delight
Join Think Food Group Co-Founder, Rob Wilder, for the newest venture he’s cooked up with inspiration from business partner, José Andrés; WineGame. Be among the first to debut WineGame – an easy-to-use app that makes blind-wine-tasting a fun, multiple-choice game. Felicia Colbert, Wine Director at A Rake’s Progress and The Line Hotel will lead a blind-tasting of world-class wines, while guests play along on their phones, competing with the others in the room. While Felicia focuses on the wine, Rob is sure to entertain with tales of the late-night wine tastings that led to the imagining of WineGame.
Prizes will be awarded for the best scores. Plus, no one gets in trouble for having a mobile on – or using it!


Grand Tasting

6:30 – 11:00 p.m.

Silent auction reception with Celebrity Chef Stations, Wine Stations and 200 lot silent auction. Also includes a live auction of dining experiences featuring our participating chefs and exciting trips.
