Lucas Bogetto-Power started cooking at the early age of 8…at least he thinks that’s when he started. Ever since then, he religiously watched Great Chefs of the World, Julia’s Kitchen, Emeril Live, and Ming Tsai dreaming of the day when he’d get the chance to have his own restaurant. Fast forward past college days of music, serving in the US Navy, and Maryland National Guard, he’s now starting to fulfill that dream with regular pop-up dinners at Le Bon Cafe on Capitol Hill. Francophile at heart, he tries to mimic the neo-bistro, neighborhood feel of the local cafes around Paris.
